DIP Coating :

Dip coating refers to the immersing of a substrate into a tank containing coating material, removing the piece from the tank, and allowing it to drain. The coated piece can then be dried by force-drying or baking. It is a popular way of creating thin film coated materials along with the spin coating procedure.

SAI Offers two models of DIP Coating Systems. These are low cost state of art instruments and user friendly.

Dip Coater Model- XDip-SV1 :

This is SINGLE DIP COATING (Xdip-SV1) instrument. This low cost state-of-the-art instrument is very sophisticated, versatile and user-friendly. The Xdip-SV1 is fully Micro-Controller controlled.
